6-Month Warranty Guarantee
We provide a 6-month warranty guarantee on all cryptocurrency mining machines purchased from Bitcoin Mining EQ LLC. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will either repair the product at no charge, use new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the product with a new or refurbished product.
Warranty Exclusions
The following are excluded from coverage under our warranty policy:
– Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Bitcoin Mining EQ LLC.
– Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
– Damage caused by environmental conditions, including but not limited to, electrical surges, and natural disasters.
The guarantee named does not apply when the defect has arisen as a result of inexpert or improper use or when – without permission – buyer or third parties have made changes or have tried to make changes or have used the purchased item for purposes for which it is not intended.
Repair information
Repairs can always be done by Bitcoin Mining EQ LLC team. However, we have two types of repairs:
Type 1: Repairs that fall under the manufacturer’s warranty. These repairs are done without charge and by Bitcoin Mining EQ LLC.
Type 2: Repairs that fall outside the manufacturer’s guarantee. These repairs must be sent, insured, to Bitcoin Mining EQ LLC at the cost of the buyer. After analysis, a quote will be provided to the buyer for the repair. If the buyer agrees, the repair will be done. In most cases, a repair takes 1-10 business days; when it will take longer, you will be notified of this.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the product, if necessary.
Free 30-Day Returns

I recently bought the JASMINER X4-1U ETH Miner from Bitcoin Mining EQ, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my mining setup. The whole purchasing experience was smooth, and the device arrived quickly and well-packaged.
Setting it up was simple, even for someone like me who’s not overly technical. Once I had it running, I was impressed by how consistently it delivered the advertised 520 MH/s hash rate, which has noticeably increased my mining output.
One thing I really appreciate about this miner is its efficiency—it draws only 240W of power, which keeps my electricity costs manageable. For a device with this level of output, that low power consumption is a big plus. Also, it’s quieter than I expected, which is great because I run it in my home office.
