Our return policy lasts 7 days for DOA (Dead on arrival)/ defective items ONLY.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality,  and in good working order and without defects. Products may not be returned unless the product supplied is either incorrect, unsafe, or the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. A defective product usually means that the goods were manufactured using materials, components or workmanship below an acceptable standard. You must prove that goods are defective. Hashrate reserves the right to inspect any goods returned under this clause. On receipt of the returned product Hashrate will make all reasonable effort to inspect said product in a timeous manner. Hashrate will then exchange the product on condition that:

(i) the product is returned in its original re-sell-able condition – including packaging (with no unnecessary damage), documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories and
(ii) the customer returns the product within the Standard Warranty period and follows the procedures laid out.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product
  • damage arising from electrical surges or air corrosion
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product
  • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product
  • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you
  • Unnecessary damage through handling, unboxing and/or repackaging.

Should any of the conditions above be met we reserve the right to reject the logged return and charge an assessment/restocking fee or alternatively we will charge for repairing the product and returning it to you

Software products are exempt from being returned

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return please contact us via our Contact Us page or email us: sales@bitcoinminingeq.com to receive a ticket number.
Please include in your communication, Order Number and description of issue experienced.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement which will be at our sole discretion.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed and will be shipped to your original purchase address at our cost.

Should we not have a replacement item in stock at the time, a back order will be placed and you will be notified of an ETA

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Should you require us to arrange shipping, we ask that you cover the shipping fees for the delivery of the product to us and we will cover the cost of delivery back to you. If the product is not found to be faulty after a reasonable amount of testing we ask that you cover the shipping both ways and will charge an assessment fee of $150. All shipping fees will be handled during the RMA process, do not give any cash to the courier.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
